李焕荣,河北工业大学教授,博士生导师,校“元光学者领军B岗”特聘教授,中国稀土学会发光专业委员会委员。一直从事稀土发光材料的基础研究工作。在自然科学基金、973前期专项等课题的支持下,在新型稀土杂化发光材料的设计、制备、发光性能及其多功能化、智能化以及在白光LED、光伏和有害物质的荧光检测等方面做了系列研究工作。迄今发表SCI 检索论文约80篇,授权和公开发明专利多项。享受国务院特殊津贴(2016 年)。先后荣获河北省第八批河北省省管优秀专家(2019 年)、河北省三三三人才第一层次人选(2014 年)、天津市中青年科技创新领军人才(2014 年)、天津市五一劳动奖章等荣誉。获河北省自然科学一等奖(2013 年,排名第一)。
