王小野南开大学化学学院特聘研究员、博士生导师、青年学科带头人,德国洪堡基金获得者。王小野2009年本科毕业于南开大学化学学院,随后保送到北京大学化学与分子工程学院攻读博士学位,导师为裴坚教授,并于2014年获得有机材料化学博士学位。2014至2019年任职于德国马普高分子研究所从事博士后研究,导师为德国及欧洲科学院院士Klaus Müllen教授。2019年加入南开大学化学学院,依托元素有机化学国家重点实验室、天津化学化工协同创新中心等平台独立开展研究工作。近年来,已在国际高水平学术期刊上发表论文42篇,总引用1700余次,H因子为19。其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文19篇,包括1篇Nat. Rev. Chem.、1篇Nat. Commun.、6篇J. Am. Chem. Soc.、1篇Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等,同时申请欧洲专利1项,并有2项中国专利获得授权。
