葛茂发,吉林大学本科、硕博连读,获博士学位;现为中科院化学所研究员,博导,分子动态与稳态结构实验室主任。主要从事大气化学动力学、环境污染机理和控制技术研究,近年来重点开展气溶胶物理化学、大气二次粒子形成和灰霾成因、环境催化和污染物控制技术研究。2003年入选中科院“百人计划”,2004年获中国化学会青年化学奖, 2006年获国家自然科学奖二等奖,2009年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助;2015年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,发表SCI论文300余篇。目前担任中国气象学会大气成分委员会副主任、中国颗粒学会气溶胶专业委员会副主任、中国化学会环境化学专业委员会委员。为大气边界层物理和大气化学国家重点实验室、国家环境保护城市空气颗粒物污染防治重点实验室、国家环境保护大气复合污染来源与控制重点实验室、上海市大气颗粒物污染防治重点实验室以及环境理论化学教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员。任期刊Scientific Reports, Journal of Molecular Structure,Aerosol Science and Engineering,《光谱学与光谱分析》、《环境化学》和《分析仪器》编委;Res. J. Environ. Sci.和《化学通报》副主编。
