王春刚东北师范大学教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪人才。2001年于吉林师范大学获得学士学位,2004年于东北师范大学获得硕士学位,2007年于东北师范大学获得博士学位,2007年10月至2009年3月在美国普渡大学从事博士后研究。主要研究方向是多功能纳米材料的制备及在重大疾病诊治和能源中的应用研究。以第一作者通讯联系人身份在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater.,Small, J. Mater. Chem. A, B, Chem.Commun., Chem. Eur. J., Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等学术期刊上发表了60多篇SCI论文,近五年, 主持科技部 “863”子课题, 教育部新世纪人才支持计划项目, 国家自然科学基金面上项目, 吉林省中青年科技创新领军人才及团队等项目。

东北师大王春刚AFM:像UFO一样的Janus结构CD-Pd/MOF纳米材料用于协同治疗癌症
新型的Janus纳米结构可以作为高效的药物传递系统。Zhang等人制备了具有 Janus结构的CD-Pd Ns/ ZIF-8纳米颗粒(JNPS)。CD-Pd NS和PAA-ZIF-8分别用于装载疏水性的10-羟基喜树碱(HCPT)和亲水性阿霉素(Dox)进行协同化疗。并且Pd NSs具有的较宽的近红外(NIR)吸收带,光热转化性能突出。在体外和体内实验结果表明,激光辐照组的双药JNPs治疗肿瘤的效率最高。这一工作通过合理设计JNPs的组成,大大拓宽了JNPs的生物医学应用前景。
