王泽高,四川大学特聘研究员,四川省高层次引进人才,四川省特聘专家,四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选,四川大学双百人才计划入选者。电子科技大学本硕博,师从李言荣院士,于2014年获工学博士学位。在丹麦奥胡斯大学交叉多学科纳米科学中心进行博士后工作,于2018年入职四川大学材料科学与工程学院,担任正高级特聘研究员。主要从事二维材料,如石墨烯、二硫化钼等新型电子信息材料的可控制备、元器件构筑以及表面界面研究,已在如Advanced Materials, Science Advances, Nature Communications, PNAS等国际知名学术期刊发表论文150余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文50余篇,H-index 35。获得中国授权发明专利13项。长期担任RSC, Elsevier, ACS及AIP数据库的20余个主流期刊审稿人,担任《Chinese Chemical Letters》与《International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials》青年编委,IEEE International Conference on Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement on the Nanoscale国际学术会议分会主席,International Conference on Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology与International Conference on Mechanics and Mechatronics Research 国际会议学术委员,第二届全国光电子、光子材料与器件学术会议学术委员。

二维过渡金属碳化物(2D TMCs)由于其高体积电容、电致变色性能、高电子电导率、高熔点、高硬度、高化学稳定性等的优异物理化学性能,近年来已经成为储能、催化、电磁屏蔽、传感器、超导等领域的研究热点。虽然质量级TMCs粉末材料制备取得了一些进展,但面向电子器件用TMCs薄膜的制备还面临重要挑战。以碳化铌、碳化钒、碳化钛和碳化钼为例,本文系统地总结了几种典型的TMCs结构、相图结构和理化性质。在此基础上,总结讨论了TMCs的可控合成策略,包括化学刻蚀、化学气相沉积和程序控制升温法等。并对其近年来潜在应用进行了总结,着重讨论了TMCs在催化、储能、光电器件、超导效应及生物医疗等领域的应用。最后本文讨论了TMCs研究中的挑战和前景,为进一步的研究提供了启发。
       相关成果以“Recent Progress in Emerging Two-Dimensional Transition Metal Carbides” 为题发表在著名期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》上(中科院一区,川大B刊,影响因子16.419)。论文第一作者为四川大学材料学院2016级本科生秦天辰,我校王泽高特聘研究员、丹麦Aarhus University董明东教授为共同通讯作者。丹麦三院院士、中国科学院外籍院士、中国政府友谊奖获得者、丹麦Aarhus University的Flemming Besenbacher教授以及捷克Palacky University的Michal Otyepka教授参与了该成果。论文第一通讯单位为四川大学材料学院。秦天辰同学目前在中国科技大学攻读硕士学位。
