个人介绍
【简介】
教授,博士生导师。1994年毕业于南京大学化学系,获博士学位。1996年同济大学化学系副教授,无机化学教研室主任。1997年被评为上海市优秀高校青年教师,同济大学优秀青年教师。2000年入选首批教育部高校骨干教师资助计划。2002年被评为同济大学教授,2003年博士生导师。2006~2009年任同济大学化学系副主任,化学系本科教学指导委员会主任。1999年赴台湾中山大学访问研究,博士后研究员,从事有机合成无水无氧操作。2001~2003年获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助赴日本大阪药科大学从事关于tau蛋白结构及变化与AD之间关系的研究,外国人特别研究员。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(4项)、上海市科委重点科技攻关项目(1项)。还获得:教育部留学回国人员基金、教育部国家重点实验室高级访问学者专项、南京大学配位化学重点实验室开放基金、中科院上海有机化学所生命有机国家重点实验室开放基金、中山大学教育部生物无机开放实验室基金等多项基金资助。从事tau蛋白与核酸化学生物学方面的研究。期间曾获宝钢优秀教师奖、李国豪奖、同济大学教学名师奖、同济大学教学成果一等奖等。
【研究兴趣】
(1)基于核酸适配体机制、抗体抗原免疫机制,结合量子点、石墨烯等纳米材料,设计构建可应用于临床诊断、食品环境检测等方面的新型荧光传感器。(2)提出双端识别发卡型结构的设计理念,筛选修饰天然有机小分子,研发神经元纤维性缠结相关蛋白Tau自聚集抑制剂和先导化合物,探索阿尔茨海默病药物设计新思路。(3)通过探索疾病相关蛋白质、核酸的结构异变,及其与金属配合物相互作用规律,揭示阿尔茨海默症、癌症等疾病的分子机制。
