个人简介:1994-2001在浙江大学高分子系学习,先后获学士、硕士学位,研究生导师为沈之荃院士。2001年起赴中科院长春应化所攻读博士学位,在导师王利祥研究员指导下开展铜配合物有机电致发光研究,2005年获博士学位。2006-2015年先后在福建物构所和Adachi教授领导的九州大学有机光电中心继续有机电致发光研究,历任博士后、助教和准教授,为第三代OLED材料——TADF材料的开发做出开拓性贡献。2015年6月回到浙江大学高分子系工作。
