个人简介:
2014年度中组部青年##计划入选者,博士生导师。先后在新加坡国立大学、美国得克萨斯大学奥斯丁分校(with Prof. Rodney S. Ruoff)及美国哥伦比亚大学(with Prof. James Hone)从事研究工作。主要研究方向为低维材料的合成、器件微加工及其光、电性质测量等。郝玉峰教授在此领域有十多年的研究经验。尤其是近期在高质量石墨烯等二维材料的生长与电输运测量方面取得了世界一流的成果。在Science(第一作者、封面文章),Nature,Nature Nanotechnology(第一作者、封面文章), PRL等刊物发表文章60余篇。被引用3600余次,H因子30。受邀在各种国际学术会议做过多场专题报告,同时是Nature communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials等30余种国际期刊特约审稿人。美国物理学会(APS)及美国材料学会(MRS)会员。
