近日,材料结构精密焊接与连接全国重点实验室搅拌摩擦焊接及其衍生技术团队黄永宪教授、孟祥晨副研究员、谢聿铭助理教授荣获美国焊接学会(AWS)The Charles H. Jennings Memorial Award,因其对搅拌摩擦焊接全流程数字化快速迭代设计领域的贡献。
The Charles H. Jennings Memorial Award自1989年设立以来,由美国焊接学会(AWS)奖励委员会评选焊接领域最有贡献价值的研究工作,每年度仅评选1项。本次获奖的是黄永宪教授作为通讯作者,谢聿铭助理教授、孟祥晨副研究员作为共同作者的连刊论文“Entire-Process Simulation of Friction Stir Welding, Part 1: Experiments and simulation”(https://doi.org/10.29391/2022.101.011)和“Entire-Process Simulation of Friction Stir Welding, Part 2: Implementation of neural networks”(https://doi.org/10.29391/2022.101.013),哈工大为两篇论文的唯一单位。
该工作面向航天运载火箭、航空飞机和高速列车等国之重器短流程快速高可靠焊接制造的迫切需求,提出了全流程搅拌摩擦焊接数字化设计技术,构建了基于深度学习的工艺智能优化算法,实现了搅拌摩擦焊“焊具设计与可靠性—工艺优化—组织调控—使役性能预测”的全过程闭环数字化设计。该成果已应用于航空航天、轨道交通等领域搅拌摩擦焊接构件数字化制造设计,大幅缩短了火箭贮箱、高速列车车体、新能源汽车等产品的研制周期,对搅拌摩擦焊接数字化快速迭代设计具有非常高的指导价值。
